Change User Code / Password

Notes for "user code" and "network password" setting:

1. User code : Please set 6-12 codes with the mix of English letters and numbers without being the same with "ID number" or "network password". Capital and small English letters are treated as different and do not use blank or various symbols.
2. Network password : Please set 6-20 codes with the mix of English letters and numbers without being the same with "ID number" or "user code". Capital and small English letters are treated as different and do not use blank or various symbols.
3. "User code" and "network password" are for identity verification while logging in MMAb2C personal network of Chinese Merchant. Please be sure to properly keep and memorize these two personal confidential information in order to ensure account safety.
4. Please do not spill personal code / password to anyone including the bank staff, especially not to inform the fraudulent group in a casual way.
5. Please do not write code / password on the place where it is obvious or easy to get.
6. Please do not use personal or company’s relevant information as user code or network password in order to avoid being guessed by other people. For example, ID number, unified code, birth date, contact number etc. or regularly arranged numbers related to basic information like ID number, unified code, birth date, first / last four numbers of the contact number etc.
7. Please be sure to distinguish the password (maybe plain code) of common websites with the one of network transaction in order to avoid being guessed or stolen by other people.
8. Please modify code / password occasionally or regularly; please work to prevent people from surrounding you while inputting code / password.

Notes for using computers in ordinary days:

1. Do not let the browser memorize personal password whether you share this computer with other or not.
   

   If you want to cancel personal password, taking Microsoft IE Browser as an example, please click "instrument - Internet (or Internet option) - content - personal information - finish automatically” to select password deletion and then eliminate the form and password.

2. While using computers in ordinary days, please do not casually download unauthentic procedures or emails on your computer.
3. As for network safety problems, it is recommended to use IE browser in the version of 8.0 or above 8.0. If you’re not familiar with it, please click Description (About Internet Explore) on the top of the browser. You can go to Microsoft website to download and install 128-bit highly encryption software elements in order to achieve the optimum security.
4. It is suggested to install antivirus software on your personal computer and frequently update virus code or install personal firewall.
5. In the end, it is reminded that please do not use the website with transaction function in network coffee house or similar public places in order to avoid information leaks. When you’re going to leave the seat or finish the transaction, please form a habit of logging out the network bank immediately.
